Hip-Hop reigns billboard!

Well I just glanced at the top five and it looks like Hip-Hop/Rap is shining!

We got Eminem's new smash single "Not Afraid" and I gotta say, the track is fire. I'm loving the beat, simplistic and fits Em's verses perfectly. It's got a good meaning, but it isn't cheesy and soft, it's still got the Eminem sound to it.

Coming up second we have "OMG" by Usher & Will.I.Am, now don't get me wrong, I like both artist, but I am not digging the track. It's just not my kinda song, although I don't hate it, it is definitely better than a lot of other trash thats hit billboard.

Third we have "Nothin On You" by Mr. Bobby Ray & Bruno Mars. Better known as B.o.B, this artist just released his first album, and it jumped in sales and ranks. I am happy to say I did buy a copy of the CD, and love every song on it, including "Nothin On You"

Fourth we got "Break Your Heart" by Taio Cruz and Luda. This song is kinda repetitive and seems aimed to be a mainstream song, but I still find it a very good song. Taio's got skill, and we all know Luda's a legend.

Lastly on the top five we got another B.o.B track, this time featuring my girl (I wish) Hayley Williams of Paramore on a track titled "Airplanes". I would like to say that this has got to be my favorite song at the moment, and it's right up there with my others (Tears Don't Fall, Drop The World, Violet Hill, Savior, If It Means Alot To You). I hope Bobby sticks around a while and gets Hayley and Em to do more songs together (Airplanes Pt. 2)
